Launching an AI-driven campaign on HelloDexter is a seamless process designed to enhance your outreach efforts. Follow these simple steps to set up your campaign and let AI handle the rest.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to My Campaigns
    Begin by heading to 'My Campaigns' located in the left panel of your dashboard.

  2. Create a New Campaign
    Click on 'Create a new campaign' in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Name Your Campaign
    Enter a unique name for your campaign that will help you easily identify it later.

  4. Choose Campaign Type
    Select 'Campaign with AI' to leverage AI automation for your outreach.

  5. Select Your Lead Source
    Decide where your leads will be sourced from for this campaign.

  6. Configure Email Settings

    • Product/Service: Choose the product or service you wish to promote.

    • Maximum Emails Per Day: Specify the number of emails you want to send daily.

    • Email Sequence: Determine the number of emails in your sequence.

    • Message Style: Define the tone and style of your messages.

    • Email Verification: Ensure your emails are verified for better deliverability.

  7. Select the 'From' Email Address
    Choose the email address from which the campaign emails will be sent.

  8. Set Sending Schedule
    Decide on a sending schedule or allow AI to optimize it for you.

  9. Add Your Leads
    Click on 'Add Leads' to start selecting your target audience.

  10. Select Leads and Add to Campaign
    Choose the leads you wish to include and click 'Add To' at the top.

  11. Assign Leads to Your Campaign
    Select the campaign you created in step 3 and click 'Add' to assign the leads.

  12. Start Your Campaign
    Finally, click 'Start Campaign' to initiate the outreach process. HelloDexter will manage the execution based on your specified settings.
